The Team Behind TSI Consultants

David Bourque
David G. Bourque
President and Managing Director

After an impressive 20-year tenure as a Sales and Marketing Executive in the insurance industry, David took the leap and founded TSI Consultants in 2009, and became a HubSpot Partner in 2016.

With a wealth of experience under his belt, he has successfully held the esteemed position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for various insurtech startups, as well as mid-size and Fortune 500 companies in the insurance industry.

When Dave is away from the office, you'll probably find him riding his bicycle or finding some project around the yard that requires the use of his Kubota tractor. He also keeps busy restoring his father's 1963 Thompson wooden boat.

Principal

After a successful 30-year career in Project Management and Application Development at Hartford Life, Laurie seamlessly transitioned to TSI Consultants in 2012. Her extensive experience and expertise in collaborating with business executives to oversee and create customized applications for their organizations during her time at Hartford Life bring an invaluable perspective to our clients.

Laurie keeps busy with her very spoiled Golden Retriever, Gracie. She also enjoys her vegetable garden and weeding the many flower beds around the house. She enjoys riding her bicycle,  weekends away with her friends and time with her family.
